This shapey buckskin mare is the definition of Point & Kick! Hazel is a barn favorite and the first one grabbed to get anything done! Truly a Hard to come by mare

She’s seen it all, you can rope both ends on her, Breakaway rope, Run barrels/poles and all play day events, Day work, Sorts, Pens, Ranch Rodeo & even been rode English. She’s been used for lessons from beginners and up.

She walks in the box with ease, patient, scores like a rock, breaks smooth. She truly is a dream horse! She handles a longs day of work/roping with ease. She’s the same horse from the first steer ran to the last! She will slow down for a lower numbered roper/kid or will speed up for a higher numbered roper on either end! She’s a nice breakaway horse, breaks to the pin and stops hard, perfect all the way from Jr high rodeos to amateurs!

Hazel is so light you can ride her in something as simple as a war bridle even in the busy Fort Worth stockyards. She has all the buttons, Lopes like a rocking chair, is soft in the bridle, side passes, moves off of leg pressure, Rides out on a nice loose rein, has a big stop & is gentle/safe for anybody. The little kid in the videos is 11 years old and absolutely loves her! He will be competing on her at rodeos including Fort Worth stockyards the rest of the week!
